Samar was born in Rhinebeck, New York and moved to Hawaii at the age of three. As the daughter of an architect, she was exposed to the building industry in Hawaii from a very young age. Samar was fortunate enough to witness the creation of some of the most beautiful homes from the initial design phase through development to ultimately becoming wonderful neighborhoods in her hometown. Her personal interest in Real Estate came from this exposure as well as her passion for her community.

Samar graduated from Kealakehe High School in Kailua Kona and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a minor in Marketing at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is also fluent in Farsi.

As a resident of the Big Island, Samar has seen the island evolve over the past three decades, culturally and architecturally. She is aware of the hidden treasures and “off market” listings that might be someone’s perfect home. Her knowledge and appreciation of Hawaii’s neighborhoods, families, and properties is very personal to her. Samar is known for her positive attitude, enthusiastic personality, and hard work ethic. Her top priority is to educate and inform her clients needs while providing a hassle free transaction. In her free time, Samar enjoys being with her family and volunteering to help Hawaii’s youth. In 2018, she created the Wahine Workshop to help empower girls in her community to create and develop the career of their dreams.
